IntelAgent · Cedar

Your inbox, answered in-role.

The response layer for inbound email. IntelAgent reads the message, classifies it, and drafts a reply from templates you wrote for your approval — recording what it learned back to the CRM. It identifies as AI, and it never improvises a substantive answer.

A matte-black handset resting on warm paper with a fine cedar accent — a phone line answered by a calm intelligence.

What it is

A compiler, not an improviser.

Most "AI email" lets a model write whatever it likes in your name. IntelAgent does the opposite: code decides what kind of message this is, and operator-authored templates decide what gets said. The judgment is yours, written once; the agent just applies it, every time, on time.

Four-bucket routing

Every inbound email is sorted into opt-out, positive, question, or automatic — so the right thing happens, and a reply only goes out once you have approved it.

Suppression before every send

One person-level suppression list is checked before anything goes out, and an opt-out is honoured on the very next message. No exceptions, no races.

Writes intel back to the CRM

What a reply reveals — interest, objection, a question worth a human — is written to the contact in SyncSphere, so the record gets smarter with every exchange.

Identifies as AI, escalates on judgment

It says what it is, and it hands money, legal, and unhappy-customer moments to a person rather than guessing. Templated text only — never a composed financing or insurance answer.

Written in the tense it exists in

Email first. SMS and voice on the roadmap.

Email is the lane we run first, and every reply drafts for your approval — nothing auto-sends until you choose to turn it on. Inbound voice answers with an audible AI and recording disclosure and an affirmative continue before anything substantive. Outbound AI voice and SMS are on the roadmap and deliberately gated — an artificial voice on a marketing call carries real consent obligations, and we do not switch that on to look further along than we are.

How it's sold

Build, install, or operate

IntelAgent is sold the same three ways — by how much of the response layer you want us to carry.

BUILDWe build your response layer

We design the routing and write the template library with you, wired to your CRM and suppression list. Starts with a scoping call.

Book a scoping call

INSTALLWe install it on your inbox

We connect IntelAgent to the channels you already run and prove opt-out and suppression before it answers a real person. Starts with a systems audit.

Book a systems audit

OPERATEWe run it and tune it

We keep the templates current, watch the buckets, and feed the intel back so the answers stay in-role. Starts with an operations review.

Start with a conversation

Answer every email in-role, without hiring for it.

A scoping call maps what your inbox actually asks and what a good answer looks like — and you leave with a plan whether or not you build it with us.
