Pillar III Intelligence. Get smarter.
Own the record. Learn from it.
Intelligence is the system underneath: one record of every lead and customer that your business owns, fed by every channel, scored, and reported. It is the difference between an upgrade and a paint job.
Build from $5,000. Operate from $750 a month.
It is easy to rent your own customer data without noticing.
It sits in a booking app, an ad platform, a phone vendor, and a former agency's account. Each holds a slice and none of them talk. When you leave a vendor, the history stays behind.
We consolidate it into one system of record that is yours, and we wire every surface we build to write into it. After that, each month the business knows more than it did the month before.
What we build
- System of record
- One CRM, in your name, set up around how you actually sell. We work with the one you have when it is sound and stand one up when it is not.
- Capture from every channel
- Calls, texts, chats, forms, and email all create or update the same record, with the source attached.
- Lead scoring and routing
- Rules you can read decide which leads get called first and who gets them. No black box.
- Source attribution
- Every lead carries where it came from, including AI assistants where that can be detected, so spend follows what works.
- Owner's dashboard
- One screen for leads, response time, bookings, and revenue by source. Every number is defined once and measured one way.
- Consent records
- Who agreed to what, when, and the exact wording they saw.
What you own at the end
The CRM account, the data, and a full export. If we part ways you keep all of it.
Questions about Intelligence
Do we have to switch CRMs?
No. If your current system can receive data from every channel and report on it, we build on it. We recommend a change only when the system you have cannot do the job.
What does lead scoring mean here?
A short set of written rules, such as service type, location, urgency, and source, that rank leads so the best ones are handled first. You can read the rules and change them.
Can you tell which leads came from AI assistants?
Partly. Visits from many assistants arrive with an identifiable referrer, and we add a plain question at intake. Some AI-influenced customers will still look like direct traffic. We report what can be measured and say what cannot.
